A leading IT company in the UAE, in collaboration with Crystal Solutions, is seeking a skilled L1 NOC Engineer for their Abu Dhabi office. This full-time, on-site position requires hands-on experience in IT support and network operations, along with expertise in monitoring tools and troubleshooting. The role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, analytical, and eager to advance their career in network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 network and system issues.

• Use network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) to identify and manage incidents.

• Log and track issues through incident management systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Assist in maintaining and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Provide timely escalation and support to higher-level teams when required.

• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

• Contribute to a 24/7 operations environment and maintain service availability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or related roles.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

• Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a 24/7 NOC or IT operations environment.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and problem management).

• Exposure to cloud environments like AWS or Azure and related monitoring tools.
