Job Title: Korean Speaker

Role Overview

The Korean Speaker will be responsible for:

• Providing expert consultation and aesthetic treatment solutions.
• Performing non-invasive and cosmetic procedures.
• Ensuring high-quality patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Working with a team of aestheticians and nurses to deliver a premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Treatment

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess aesthetic concerns.
• Recommend and perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Medical Microdermabrasion
  • Botox and fillers
  • Laser Skin Rejuvenation
  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Skin boosters, mesotherapy, and peels
• Provide pre- and post-treatment consultations to guide patients through procedures.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and hygiene practices.

Clinical & Quality Management

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Supervise and train aestheticians and nurses in aesthetic procedures.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure adherence to medical protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in aesthetic medicine and integrate new techniques into practice.

Professional Development & Compliance

• Attend and participate in conferences, training sessions, and industry events.
• Communicate and liaise with health/medical authorities when required.
• Maintain compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as a Cosmetic or Aesthetic Dermatologist.
• Strong expertise in injectable fillers, Botox, hyaluronic acid, skin boosters, mesotherapy, laser treatments, and peels.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• MBBS or MBChB or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Completion of specialty qualification as per DHA regulatory requirements.
• Fluent Korean speaker (mandatory).
