Grand Millennium Muscat & Studio M Muscat are looking for a Kitchen Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in equipment repairs, cold room maintenance, and compliance with hygiene standards. The selected candidate will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
✅ Cold Room Maintenance: Monitor and maintain refrigeration and cooling systems.
✅ Compliance & Safety: Adhere to hygiene protocols and ISO standards for kitchen operations.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work with chefs and the engineering team to ensure kitchen efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Technical Skills & Experience:

• Experience in kitchen equipment repair & maintenance.
• Knowledge of cold room maintenance.
• Familiarity with hygiene and ISO standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical kitchen appliances.

🔹 Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.
