This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in kitchen equipment maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, grills, and fryers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment complies with health and safety regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance work.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to kitchen operations.

• Respond promptly to emergency service requests.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as a kitchen technician or maintenance technician in a hospitality or food service environment.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen appliance systems including refrigeration, gas appliances, and electrical components.

• Technical certification or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret manuals and technical schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
