Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee kitchen staff, develop menus, and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. This role involves managing day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining budget controls, and creating memorable culinary experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Develop and implement effective strategies for communication and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and optimal customer satisfaction.

• Design and create specialized menus for events, such as weddings, corporate dinners, and parties, tailored to client preferences.

• Develop and enforce emergency preparedness plans for the kitchen to ensure the safety of staff and customers in case of an incident.

• Monitor food costs, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability while adhering to quality standards.

• Use financial data to make strategic decisions, such as adjusting menu prices or sourcing new suppliers to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams, as well as customer interactions.
