Job Title: Kitchen Assistant 

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working in a kitchen environment and eager to grow within the food industry. As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation by washing, peeling, slicing, and cutting ingredients as instructed by the cook.

• Help kitchen staff unload and organize food supplies delivered to the kitchen.

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, cooking tools, and cutting boards are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

• Dry and neatly store all kitchenware and tools in their proper locations.

• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required (0–1 years).

• Possession of a valid food handler’s license.

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, along with safe handling practices.

• Strong understanding of basic food safety standards and procedures.

• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
