Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is hiring a Kids Club Supervisor to lead and support the day-to-day operations of their Little Nomads Kids Club. As part of a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand, you’ll be responsible for creating fun, safe, and enriching experiences for children while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and safety. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about child care and hospitality.

You’ll lead engaging activity programs, maintain safety standards, work with internal teams, and manage revenue generation related to the Kids Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Little Nomads Kids Club to ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Create unique, fun, and culturally inspired activities for children

• Lead and implement health and safety standards across all kids’ activities

• Ensure use of qualified staff in areas requiring certifications (e.g., lifeguards)

• Coordinate with hotel departments to promote Kids Club services and spa offerings

• Maintain equipment, monitor program effectiveness, and adjust based on guest feedback

• Communicate event information to guests with support from the concierge team

• Manage fee collection and accounting procedures related to Kids Club services

• Promote a collaborative team environment and uphold service excellence

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a hotel or resort

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal

• Flexible, creative, and outgoing personality with a good sense of humor

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Safety-conscious and attentive to child well-being

• Ability to deliver guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting
