Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is seeking a warm, energetic, and creative Kids Club Attendant to join our Recreation team. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun-filled environment for our youngest guests. Your care and attention will play a key role in delivering memorable family experiences at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Recreation Manager and Supervisor to maintain a secure, welcoming space for children

• Ensure parents complete child registration forms, including all relevant health history

• Maintain accurate inventory and cleanliness of all toys and play equipment

• Monitor condition and safety of all materials; report needs for replacements or new supplies

• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules to keep children engaged

• Enforce all Kids Club safety and behavior policies

• Keep the club area tidy, organized, and sanitized at all times

• Be knowledgeable about club hours, facilities, and promotions to inform parents and guests

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma or vocational training in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

  • Patience and a true passion for working with children

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
