Hilton Hotels, a global leader in hospitality, is hiring a Kids Club Attendant for their luxury Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah property. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children and teenagers. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by organizing educational and recreational activities and providing attentive childcare during guest stays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and host age-appropriate, entertaining, and educational activities for children (4–12) and teenagers (13–17)

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment aligned with the Waldorf Astoria Kids Club concept

• Greet and welcome young guests and their families

• Provide babysitting services upon request

• Respond promptly and positively to operational needs and guest requests

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of Kids Club facilities

• Assist in indoor and outdoor events including sports, family celebrations, and holiday activities

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

• Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills

• Maintain neat appearance and uphold hospitality standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience working with children and teenagers

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (pediatric specialization preferred)

• Good spoken and written English

• Background in Nursing or Teaching is an added advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
