Aldhafra Resort, part of the Vignette Collection by IHG, is a serene desert retreat offering families and travelers a unique escape on the edge of the Rub’ al Khali desert. The resort is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to create engaging and safe experiences for children, ensuring the smooth operation of the club’s daily activities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and childcare skills, along with the ability to provide a fun and secure environment for young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize engaging activities for children.

• Ensure children’s safety and well-being while in the Kids Club.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Communicate effectively with both children and parents.

• Support the resort’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Previous experience in children’s activity planning or childcare.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows applications preferred).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Pediatric First Aid Certification required.
