Four Seasons is hiring a Kids Club Attendant for its upcoming Al Zorah Beach Resort project in Ajman, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals passionate about childcare, creativity, and hospitality. As part of a new luxury resort transformation, the role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class guest experience while engaging and caring for young guests in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during playtime and scheduled activities, ensuring their safety and well-being

• Organize and lead recreational and educational activities such as storytelling, arts & crafts, and games

• Prepare and manage seasonal events and festive celebrations (e.g., Christmas, New Year)

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming Kids Club space

• Ensure all toys, equipment, and supplies are age-appropriate and in good condition

• Greet children and parents, introduce the facility, and ensure a positive experience

• Keep accurate attendance records and report any incidents to the supervisor

• Follow resort safety and emergency procedures at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in childcare, nursery, or recreational roles

• First Aid and CPR certified (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)

• Energetic, friendly, and creative personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage and respond calmly to emergencies

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
