Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is currently seeking a Kids Club Attendant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the daily operations of the Little Nomads Kids Club, delivering engaging, safe, and fun-filled activities tailored to young guests while maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Kids Club to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Develop innovative, culturally relevant, and age-appropriate activities for children.

• Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all participants.

• Execute the Little Nomads activity program effectively.

• Provide detailed knowledge of all hotel services, particularly children’s activities.

• Ensure only qualified attendants manage areas requiring certification (e.g., lifeguards).

• Track and evaluate program success through guest feedback and participation metrics.

• Maintain and clean all equipment and facilities in the Kids Club.

• Collaborate with the concierge to promote hotel events and communicate activity schedules to guests.

• Support cross-promotion of Spa services to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.

• Ensure accurate fee collection and accounting procedures.

• Promote revenue growth within the department through exceptional service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in childcare, education, or hospitality preferred.

• Creativity and passion for working with children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

• Basic first aid and/or lifeguard certification is a plus.

• High standard of cleanliness and organizational ability.
