Fairmont The Palm, a world-class luxury resort on the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, is currently hiring a Kids Club Attendant to join its vibrant and guest-focused team. The hotel boasts 391 guest rooms and suites, 11 exceptional dining outlets (including Michelin Guide recommended restaurants), a luxury spa, beachside facilities, and the beloved Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.

This is a dynamic on-site position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, fun-loving, and passionate about working with children. The role involves supervising children, organizing creative activities, and contributing to the overall operation and cleanliness of the Kids Club to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all children in the Kids Club.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities, events, and creative sessions such as arts and crafts.

• Organize and host special events, including birthday parties, summer camps, Halloween and Christmas parties.

• Assist in designing wall and window artwork to maintain a colorful and welcoming environment.

• Train new colleagues in daily operations and ensure a team approach to deliver high guest satisfaction.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the Kids Club space at all times.

• Support the supervisor during busy reception times and report any incidents or guest feedback.

• Keep inventory of supplies and report when stock is low.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
