Raffles The Palm Dubai, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to join its luxury hospitality team. The role is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children, managing kids’ activities, maintaining toys and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and hotel standards. The ideal candidate should have childcare-related qualifications and experience in hospitality or child supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor kids’ activities such as crafts and games.

• Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing during all Kids Club programs.

• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of toys and equipment.

• Enforce club rules, policies, and safety guidelines.

• Provide excellent guest service to parents and children.

• Assist in promoting Kids Club facilities, activities, and timings.

• Report equipment needs or replacements to the Kids Club Supervisor.

• Log incidents and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or certification in kindergarten/childcare or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar childcare or hospitality role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Passion for creating engaging and safe experiences for children.
