This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level construction industry clients, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, sales, and technology adoption. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Key Account Management within the construction domain, strong knowledge of construction software solutions, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
🔹 Identify business challenges and opportunities, providing tailored solutions using Trimble’s Connected Construction workflow.
🔹 Collaborate with the EMEA Major Accounts team to create and execute strategic sales plans.
🔹 Drive upselling and cross-selling of Trimble’s software solutions (Tekla, Viewpoint, Trimble Connect, etc.).
🔹 Achieve and exceed sales targets, securing new enterprise clients.
🔹 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
🔹 Provide insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.
🔹 Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, reporting revenue forecasts and account performance.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✅ 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, with at least 5 years in the construction industry.
✅ In-depth knowledge of construction technology solutions and the SaaS/Subscription model.
✅ Strong technical understanding of construction software and its application.
✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
✅ Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✅ Willingness to travel as required.
