Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager – Construction & Engineering
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and door hardware sectors. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and annual sales, gross profit (GP), and DSO targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in key target sectors.

Expand the company’s product reach by managing and optimizing sales channels.
🔹 Client & Account Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key revenue accounts.

Work closely with distributors, retailers, contractors, fit-out specialists, and fabricators.

Provide technical sales support to clients, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
🔹 Strategic Planning & Execution

Assist the UAE Distribution Sales Manager in strategic sales planning and execution.

Maintain an accurate business forecast with at least a 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.

Track, update, and follow up on leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
🔹 Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and operational guidelines.

Manage partner accounts for project coordination and revenue growth.

Address and resolve customer grievances related to damages, complaints, and incorrect deliveries.
🔹 Product & Technical Expertise

Promote and sell a diverse range of manual and automatic door systems, door hardware, and access control solutions.

Offer technical support and product solutions to ensure project success.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license and own car.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
✅ 5+ years of UAE sales experience in the construction, engineering, or door hardware industry.
✅ Strong background in channel sales, distributor/dealer management, and technical sales.
✅ Preferred experience in manual & automatic door systems, door hardware, and access control solutions.
✅ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
✅ Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
