Job Title: Key Account Manager – Low Voltage & Automation Solutions

Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth, client relationships, and sales strategies within the low voltage and automation solutions sector. This role focuses on lead management, account farming, project sales, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development:

  • Develop and manage key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Drive lead generation and account farming strategies for maximum revenue growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

  • Conduct site visits for project management, technical solutions, and customer support.

Sales & Market Strategy:

  • Implement pricing strategies and sales performance (SP) management.

  • Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly projections with high hit rate ratios.

  • Analyze competition and market insights for strategic sales planning.

  • Manage proposal consolidation, ensuring margin protection and competitive pricing.

  • Track project sales, CRM updates, and closure processes.

Operations & Customer Support:

  • Coordinate with credit control teams for collections and fieldwork alignment.

  • Handle customer grievances, including damages, complaints, and order discrepancies.

  • Review contracts, identify deviations, and liaise with internal teams for resolution.

  • Ensure timely reporting as per company structures.

  • Work closely with pre-sales teams to track project developments and site progress.

Technical & Service Excellence:

  • Provide technical support on product solutions and drive service excellence.

  • Ensure smooth installation and service operations with key partners.

  • Promote a diverse product and sales mix for sustainable revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation).

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in low voltage technology & automation.

Technical Expertise:

  • Preferred experience in BMS, home automation, switchgear, system integration, and access control solutions.

  • Strong experience dealing with contractors, MEP subcontractors, OEMs, aluminum fabricators, and system providers.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License with own car.
