Accor is seeking a Key Account Manager – Leisure for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. The role is responsible for managing key leisure accounts, driving top-line revenue, and providing strategic guidance to hotels to optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct key accounts to drive top-line revenue

• Develop and execute strategic business and account plans

• Provide guidance on leisure distribution strategies to hotels

• Lead sales activities such as presentations, industry events, and tradeshows

• Foster new business opportunities and grow leisure business

• Produce performance reports and forecast business demand

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive loyalty and revenue

• Provide market intelligence and industry insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management

• 5+ years of experience in the hotel industry, with a sound understanding of hotel operations and sales

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools like Salesforce and CVENT

• Strong knowledge of the leisure distribution landscape

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead change
