Job Title: Key Account Manager – Low Voltage & Automation Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and providing technical solutions in the low voltage technology sector, including BMS, home automation, switchgear, system integration, and access control solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of MEP contractors, system providers, and OEMs, along with excellent relationship-building and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Account & Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders.

  • Implement lead management and account farming strategies to maximize revenue growth.

  • Conduct site visits for project management, solution consulting, and customer support.

🔹 Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

  • Stay ahead of market trends by consolidating and analyzing competition and market insights.

  • Promote a diverse product and sales mix to ensure sustainable revenue streams.

🔹 Sales & Project Execution

  • Ensure the proper implementation of pricing strategies and sales process (SP) management.

  • Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and hit rate ratios.

  • Oversee proposal consolidation, ensuring margin protection and competitive pricing.

  • Manage CRM entries, track project sales updates, and oversee closures.

  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to monitor project developments and site progress.

🔹 Operations & Customer Support

  • Support the credit control team in collections and fieldwork synergy.

  • Handle customer grievances, including issues related to damages, complaints, and order discrepancies.

  • Review contracts, identify deviations, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

  • Ensure smooth installation and service operations in collaboration with key partners.

  • Provide technical support on product solutions and drive service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation).
5+ years of UAE sales experience in low voltage technology (BMS, home automation, switchgear, access control, etc.).
✅ Strong experience working with MEP contractors, system providers, aluminum fabricators, and OEMs.
Valid UAE Driving License with own car.
✅ Proven expertise in key account management, sales forecasting, and business development.
Technical knowledge in low voltage solutions and ability to provide pre-sales & post-sales support.
✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
