Job Title: Junior Sales Account Manager 

Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and technically proficient Junior Sales Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive sales of industrial automation and telecommunication products. Based in Dubai, UAE, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company specializing in data communication solutions for critical industries including oil & gas, transportation, utilities, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, providing end-to-end account ownership and post-sales support

• Identify new project opportunities and develop customized sales strategies

• Achieve aggressive year-on-year sales targets by promoting networking solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and end users

• Ensure brand visibility and secure product approvals across target sectors

• Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, finance, and leadership to ensure smooth execution, timely collections, and high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationalities, aged 40 years or below

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial automation or telecommunication sectors

• Strong technical knowledge of networking products such as switches, routers, and data communication devices

• Proven success in solution-based sales, especially to oil & gas clients and industries requiring rugged industrial networking systems

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Salary: Up to AED 14,000 (All-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications)
