AMINA Bank, a pioneer in bridging digital and traditional assets, is looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to join its Middle East Desk. The role involves supporting client portfolio management and onboarding new prospects through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Assist in acquiring new clients in predefined markets while ensuring compliance with cross-border regulations.
• Manage due diligence processes, from pre-qualification calls to documentation.
• Work closely with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

✅ Client Portfolio Management:

• Act as the key coordinator for client-related matters, including paperwork and overall experience.
• Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Develop and maintain prospect lists with prioritization and market strategy.

✅ Market Strategy & Product Enhancement:

• Position AMINA Bank as the preferred partner for digital and traditional asset management.
• Define and improve the product and services catalog to enhance client offerings.

✅ Industry Knowledge & Development:

• Continuously self-educate in finance, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in crypto banking and digital finance.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a regulated banking environment is preferred.

📌 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience in client onboarding within the financial sector.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive team player.
• Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
• Knowledge of the crypto industry and digital assets is a plus.

📌 Preferred Profiles:

• Experience as an Assistant RM or Onboarding Specialist.
• Background in both large banks and boutique financial institutions.
• Experience or strong interest in transitioning into a client-facing role.
