The company specializes in creating trend-led, direct-to-consumer fashion brands for a global audience of over 150 million customers, combining creativity, innovation, and market insights to drive success.

The Junior Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting and sourcing top talent, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, social media, and culture, and who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job boards, career sites, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, fashion communities, influencer networks, and other channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interview schedules and support smooth candidate communication.

• Assist in offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data using ATS/CRM systems.

• Support employer branding efforts by representing SUMWON STUDIOS at job fairs, events, and online communities.

• Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies to attract fashion-forward talent.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0–2 years of recruiting experience (internship, in-house, or agency).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in ATS, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and job boards.

• Excellent communication skills and social media fluency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

• Bonus: knowledge of fashion industry trends or influencer culture.
