AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Junior Project Manager (Assistant Project Manager) to join their team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing large-scale multi-disciplinary projects across the UAE and GCC region. Candidates should have at least 8 years of project management experience in the Middle East and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director (PD) in managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Establish project objectives, plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Oversee sub-consultants’ agreements, payments, and integration of design packages.

• Monitor progress, risks, and financial tracking, ensuring project delivery within set timelines.

• Manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and enforce health & safety standards.

• Liaise with clients on technical delivery aspects and ensure strong communication across teams.

• Prepare invoices, maintain financial registers, and drive change/variation processes.

• Provide monthly reporting, debriefs, and ensure adherence to Atkins project management methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in the UAE/GCC.

• Strong understanding of risk management and financial tracking.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality systems.
