Otis Elevator Co., the world’s leading elevator and escalator company, is hiring a Junior Project Engineer for its operations in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with project coordination experience, preferably in the elevator industry. The successful candidate will support project execution, safety, logistics, and cost control while working within a highly collaborative and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site activities, including surveys and pre-start preparations

• Plan and control site logistics and execution schedules

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Lead site teams and manage manpower and resource planning

• Monitor and control project costs and procurement requests for tools, materials, and labor

• Deliver projects on time according to technical and contractual requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a technical environment with Microsoft-based tools

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in dynamic project environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry
