SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in process engineering. The position offers hands-on experience in industrial processes, operations, and optimization within the energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing, designing, and optimizing chemical and industrial processes.
• Support process simulations, calculations, and technical reports.
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Participate in process troubleshooting, improvements, and technical investigations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of experience in process engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UAE National (Emirati candidates only, as per Emiratization requirements).
• Basic understanding of oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing processes.
• Awareness of HSE and process safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
