As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Plant & Machinery Valuer to join our professional team.

Job Summary:
The Junior Plant & Machinery Valuer will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, and valuing plant, machinery, and equipment assets in line with RICS Red Book and Valuation Guidelines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering well-documented, accurate, and client-focused valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed asset inspections to evaluate value on behalf of clients

• Ensure full compliance with RICS Red Book and relevant valuation standards

• Perform comprehensive research to support valuation conclusions

• Draft accurate, in-depth valuation reports tailored to client needs

• Maintain professional client communications and manage expectations

• Meet deadlines by managing workload and tasks efficiently

• Build lasting client relationships to foster repeat business

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Real Estate, Finance, or similar field

• ASA or RICS Member, or APC Candidate (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar valuation role (preferred)

• Real estate, brokerage, or property management experience considered an advantage

• UAE work experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid UAE driving license required
