About the Role:

Jumeirah Al Naseem is looking for a Junior Mixologist to join their F&B Service team. This role focuses on delivering personalized bar service, preparing cocktails, supporting bartenders, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify guest needs and provide personalized bar service, including beverage recommendations and upselling

• Prepare cocktails and curated drinks per recipes and outlet themes, including food and wine pairings

• Assist bartenders in smooth service operations and guest interaction

• Process drink transactions accurately and maintain well-organized bar displays

• Manage bar opening, closing, cleaning, inventory, stock control, and expiry checks

• Follow alcohol service policies, respond to guest inquiries, and comply with SOPs and HACCP standards

Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience as a mixologist in a 5-star luxury hotel or branded standalone restaurant

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a plus

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems

• Experience working in a multicultural environment

• Expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails
