🧾 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Engineering & Planning

• Develop offshore installation methods and execution plans

• Optimize construction sequences for safety and efficiency

• Perform lifting, load-out, and transportation analysis

📄 Documentation & Standards

• Create method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments

• Ensure compliance with international codes (API, DNV, AISC, ISO)

• Contribute to constructability and feasibility studies

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and operations teams

• Work with subcontractors and vessel teams for project execution

🌊 On-Site Support

• Provide technical assistance during offshore installation phases

• Troubleshoot engineering challenges in real-time

📚 Ideal Candidate Profile

• UAE National

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or similar)

• Strong interest in offshore construction, marine operations, or oil & gas

• Familiarity with international engineering standards is a plus

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset
