AtkinsRéalis, a global leader in engineering and project management, is hiring a Junior Information Manager for its transportation division in Dubai. This full-time on-site role supports digital project delivery and construction supervision across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 standards, and digital tools to enhance construction project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure digital content is managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle in line with ISO 19650 standards

• Administer and support Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms like BIM360, ProjectWise, or ASITE

• Assist in project audits and delivery of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP)

• Collaborate with design, construction, and information management teams to meet project digital requirements

• Support the creation of asset information models (AIM), COBie data, and extended reality applications (AR/VR)

• Maintain documentation such as Pre/Post-BEPs, federation strategies, MIDP/TIDP, and LOIN matrices

• Ensure QA/QC compliance of construction models (LOD 400-500)

• Contribute to company-wide digital strategy and ISO certification maintenance

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years in the AEC industry, including at least 2 years in the Middle East

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM or Information Management on complex projects

• Certifications in Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, Synchro, or related tools are desirable

• Information Management certifications (BRE, RICS, Operam Academy) are a plus

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and digital delivery standards

• Hands-on with Navisworks, Revizto, BIM Track, Revit, Civil3D, Power BI, and Dynamo

• Familiarity with 4D/5D modeling, AR/VR integration, and automation tools

• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to support multidisciplinary teams and manage digital delivery workflows
