The role involves officiating football matches, ensuring compliance with the rules of the game, maintaining fairness and safety, and communicating effectively with players, coaches, and officials. This part-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about football, with strong judgment and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Officiate football matches across various levels.

• Ensure fairness, safety, and adherence to official rules.

• Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and other referees.

• Demonstrate impartiality and sound judgment in fast-paced match situations.

• Assist in promoting a positive sports environment and community spirit.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of football rules and refereeing principles.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm, objective, and impartial during games.

• Previous refereeing experience is an advantage.

• Certification or formal training in refereeing is beneficial.

• Interest or experience in basketball is a plus.

• Must be based in Dubai or able to commute.
