Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our finance team in the United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience and a strong accounting background to gain hands-on exposure in core financial operations and reporting.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and working closely with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and other financial data for accuracy and completeness.

• Support monthly and yearly closings, including preparation of general ledger entries and closing reports.

• Assist in preparing financial data for external audits and coordinate with auditors as required.

• Ensure all financial activities comply with established accounting standards and company policies.

• Contribute to tax calculation preparation and assist in the creation of internal financial reports.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the financial accuracy of shared data and budgeting inputs.

• Maintain organized and detailed records of all financial transactions and support overall data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including cash flow, profitability analysis, and forecasting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 1–2 years in Accounting or Finance
