Job Title: Junior Engineers

Job Description:
We are actively hiring Junior Engineers specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines to join our dynamic project teams across the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (local or international) who are eager to develop their careers in a structured and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Electrical Engineers:

• Assist in site execution, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Support electrical design reviews, load calculations, and preparation of BOQs.

• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure adherence to electrical safety standards.

• Help prepare DEWA documentation and arrange site inspection requests.

For Mechanical Engineers:

• Assist in supervising HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installations.

• Support heat load calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning (ducts/piping).

• Coordinate with site supervisors and consultants for project execution.

• Review and revise shop drawings and material submittals.

For Civil Engineers:

• Support on-site execution of structural and architectural works.

• Monitor concrete pouring, rebar installation, formwork, and finishing activities.

• Assist in preparing daily progress reports and performing quality control checks.

• Ensure work complies with project specifications and safety guidelines.

General Responsibilities (All Disciplines):

• Support senior engineers and project managers in planning and execution.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (UAE or internationally).

• Sound understanding of engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work on project sites and travel as needed.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to AED 2,500 per month (depending on experience and discipline)
