Key Responsibilities:

• Build Shopify Shops from the ground up and oversee them until successful launch.

• Migrate existing shops to Shopify, ensuring a seamless and high-quality transition.

• Conduct workshops with clients, prepare, lead, and document the results with a clear focus on project success.

• Document client progress, maintain workflows, guidelines, and regularly update the documentation.

• Perform shop analysis and take proactive steps to optimize the shop and CRM.

• Plan and manage sprints and tasks in close collaboration with your team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized.

• Keep customer folders updated for efficient workflow.

• Support the sales team with Shopify-related queries in the low-code area, ensuring smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Expert in Shopify with strong familiarity in the e-commerce world.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.

• Leadership skills, with the ability to guide clients through projects with clarity and empathy.

• Extreme attention to detail and enjoyment in preparing workshops, data management, and process documentation.

• Highly self-organized and excellent at time management.

• Top-notch communication skills both written and spoken in German (C2 level).
