Deep Design Innovation is seeking junior creatives for multiple project-based roles in interior design, visual design, communications, and more. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexible hours and the potential to transition into full-time roles. As part of our talent pool, you will collaborate directly with the founder on projects focusing on urban futures, community well-being, and innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in creative projects across design disciplines (interior, visual, communications).

• Collaborate directly with the founder and project teams.

• Co-create innovative, human-centric design solutions.

• Contribute ideas to enhance urban experiences and community well-being.

• Deliver work on time while maintaining high creative standards.

• Actively learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Students, recent graduates, or junior creatives passionate about human-centric design, urban experiences, and culture.

• Skills in one or more of the following: web design, branding, graphics, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Adobe Suite, AI tools.

• Portfolio or sample work to demonstrate creativity (student projects accepted).

• Open-minded, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.

• Reliable, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.

Availability & Work Type

• Part-time with flexible hours (evenings/weekends possible).

• Contract/project basis with potential for ongoing collaboration.
