Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer – Project Supervision & Coordination
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team, responsible for managing and supervising construction projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, oversee project timelines, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure smooth communication between teams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project lifecycles from design to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams to review structural and architectural plans.

Follow up with contractors, subcontractors, and employees to track project progress.

Attend meetings with stakeholders, document discussions, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

Monitor project costs, resource allocation, and efficiency.

Conduct site inspections, provide reports, and recommend improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies, and regulatory changes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
✔ 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects.
✔ Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
