ECCO Middle East is looking for a Junior Retail Business Analyst to optimize retail operations through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing sales, inventory, and customer behavior to enhance efficiency, profitability, and the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.

• Forecast future sales trends to assist in inventory and staffing decisions.

• Manage inventory levels, optimizing stock turnover and supply chain efficiency.

• Assess customer insights to refine marketing, product offerings, and store layouts.

• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management with actionable insights.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve product strategy.

• Streamline store operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

• Track KPIs, including sales growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
