LNKD, a financial consultancy based in Dubai, is seeking a Junior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing management accounts, handling VAT and corporate tax registrations and returns, and supporting various accounting and financial projects. This role is suitable for ambitious, professional individuals looking to develop their accounting career in a dynamic UAE-based consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

• Set up and manage cloud accounting systems, ensuring accurate sales recording and reporting.

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.

• Manage accounts receivable: track debtors and ensure timely invoicing and collection.

• Manage accounts payable: maintain purchasing system, reconcile creditor statements, and address queries.

• Handle VAT and corporate tax registration on the FTA portal.

• Submit VAT and corporate tax returns as required.

• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

• Previous accounting experience, preferably in a firm or industry setting.

• UAE accounting experience is a plus (training on UAE aspects provided).

• Ambitious, confident, and professional attitude.
