Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to supporting financial operations, audits, and reporting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Support tax computation and return filings in line with UAE regulations.

• Contribute to the yearly external audit process, coordinating with auditors and preparing necessary documentation.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare insightful financial reports and summaries within defined deadlines.

• Implement and uphold company financial policies and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and transparency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance.

• Good understanding of financial statements, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication for effective interdepartmental coordination.

• Ability to prepare accurate financial reports within tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Prior experience in using accounting software is a plus.
