Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to apply their academic knowledge and develop their skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will be involved in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger

• Support account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

• Aid in preparing financial statements and internal management reports

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable standards (GAAP/IFRS)

• Provide documentation and administrative support during audits

• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records

• Learn and assist with intercompany accounting processes when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
