Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, monthly and annual closings, tax preparation, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze account records and system-generated financial reports to ensure accuracy

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with company and statutory deadlines

• Support tax calculations, documentation, and return filing processes

• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and manage audit documentation

• Deliver clear financial assessments to assist management in strategic decision-making

• Ensure compliance with all national and state-level financial regulations and internal SOPs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience or internship in a finance/accounting role

• Solid understanding of accounting principles such as financial statements, cash flow, and forecasting

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with an eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
