Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This role involves analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy, as well as maintaining accurate month-end financial records. You will also be responsible for handling the company’s annual external audits, performing financial closing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and ensuring the timely publication of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports for accuracy.

• Maintain accurate month-end financial records by reviewing all financial statements.

• Handle the company’s annual external audit responsibilities.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Publish financial statements on time.

• Follow national and state finance laws strictly while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong background in accounting and finance.

• Solid understanding of accounting concepts like balance sheets, cash flow management, and profitability.

• Ability to collaborate with management and other departments, providing clear and concise financial information.

• High attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

• Excellent reporting skills and communication abilities.
