SQUATWOLF, a performance-driven gymwear brand, is seeking a Temporary Junior Project Manager – Events to support the Dubai Fitness Challenge (30×30). This 2-month contract role focuses on energy, organization, and flawless execution, bringing the Fitness Hub to life through daily fitness sessions, challenges, and panels while collaborating with trainers, presenters, and fitness communities. The role also involves content coordination with the Social Media Team to amplify the event’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program schedules, trainers, and session logistics for daily fitness activities.

• Ensure hub readiness, including equipment setup, timing, and flow management.

• Engage with fitness communities to drive attendance and participation.

• Coordinate with Social Media Team for event promotion and content creation.

• Report to the Community & Events Manager and collaborate with the Events Team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years’ experience in events or project coordination.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Passion for fitness and community-driven events.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Job Type: Contract (2 months: 1 week onboarding, 3 weeks prep, 4 weeks execution)
