Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Production Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from the fit-out and joinery industry, ensuring that production plans align with project timelines, resource availability, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive production schedules aligned with project deadlines for all joinery and woodworking tasks.

• Optimize allocation of resources (materials, manpower, equipment) to maximize productivity and reduce waste.

• Conduct regular assessments of workflow to identify production delays or bottlenecks and propose timely corrective measures.

• Maintain detailed documentation for production plans, material usage, labor hours, and equipment utilization.

• Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials and tools.

• Monitor ongoing production to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and safety standards.

• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings with production staff to communicate changes, manage issues, and drive performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the joinery or fit-out industry.

• Solid understanding of joinery production processes, materials, and machinery.

• Proficiency in CAD software, production planning tools, and ERP systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset under pressure.

• Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
