ENGSOL Group is seeking a Joinery Draftsman to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed joinery drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all drawings meet project specifications and regulations. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, cutting lists, and joinery construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drafting & Design

• Prepare detailed joinery drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Create cutting lists and technical drawings for fabrication.
• Ensure all drawings align with architectural and engineering specifications.

🔹 Project Coordination

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Review and adjust drawings to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

🔹 Quality & Compliance

• Verify measurements, materials, and specifications for accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of precision and detail in all drafts.
• Ensure drawings comply with construction and safety guidelines.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
✔ Experience in cutting lists and joinery detailing
✔ Knowledge of joinery construction techniques & materials
✔ Ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings
✔ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
✔ Good communication & teamwork skills
✔ Experience in the joinery or construction industry is a plus
✔ Degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
