• Provide exceptional customer service in roles such as Service Advisor, Receptionist/Guest Relation Officer, Sales Support, Sales Admin, and Administrative positions.

• Engage with customers confidently, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth service experience.

• Assist sales teams with administrative tasks and customer support.

• Maintain accurate records and data management, particularly using MS Office applications.

• Support showroom and service center operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

• Basic MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.

• Strong interpersonal skills, confident in meeting and engaging with people.

• Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
