Job Title: Jewellry Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewelry Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or high-end customer service within the GCC, particularly in the UAE. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

💎 Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist customers in selecting luxury jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

📢 Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

• Demonstrate expertise in gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry grading.
• Stay updated on latest jewelry trends, market prices, and competitor offerings.
• Explain cultural significance and unique features of jewelry pieces.

🛍️ Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays.
• Ensure jewelry stock is clean, well-maintained, and properly displayed.
• Track inventory levels, assist in stocktaking, and notify management of low stock.

💳 Transaction Handling & Documentation

• Process customer purchases, including invoicing and payment handling (cash, card, installment plans, etc.).
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and warranty documentation.

🔒 Security & Compliance

• Follow strict security protocols for high-value jewelry items.
• Adhere to company policies regarding sales promotions, returns, warranties, and customer privacy.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience: 2-5 years in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or high-end customer service.
✔ Sales & Target Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔ Customer Service: Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
✔ Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred; proficiency in English is a plus.
✔ Product Knowledge: Understanding of metals, gemstones, and jewelry grading systems.
✔ Professionalism & Teamwork: Well-groomed, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate with the team.
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for store displays and inventory management.
✔ Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to cater to a diverse customer base in the UAE.
