Job Title: IT Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

✅ System & Network Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

✅ Office IT Infrastructure & Documentation

• Assist in setting up and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and document technical procedures.
• Ensure data security and IT best practices are followed.

✅ User Support & Training

• Support end-users with technical issues and provide basic training when required.
• Work closely with teams to enhance IT support and efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ Experience & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/MacOS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection.

✔ Soft Skills & Work Environment

• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency IT issues.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎯 Filipino nationality preferred.
🎯 Experience working in a tech startup or IT company.
🎯 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Technician are a plus.
