• Aqua Bridge Holding is seeking an experienced IT Technician / Administrator to join their IT department. The role involves providing technical support, system maintenance, network administration, hardware/software installation, IT security, and documentation management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to users through various channels (phone, email, in-person).

• System Maintenance: Conduct updates, backups, and monitor system performance for optimal functionality.

• Network Administration: Assist with LAN/WAN setup, troubleshoot network issues, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Hardware & Software Installation: Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Security: Implement IT security protocols to protect systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and malware.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, system configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (preferred).

• Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and tools like VMware/Hyper-V.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
