Job Title: IT Support Technician 

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to assist with hardware and software rollouts, technical research, and system upgrades. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth hardware installations, troubleshooting, and updates, supporting enterprise-level IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the rollout of hardware and software solutions across the organization.

• Conduct comprehensive technical research on assigned projects and prepare detailed recommendation reports.

• Assist with hardware installations, bug fixes, software updates, and system upgrades.

• Facilitate the proper setup and deployment of hardware components, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in remote installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, and component-level repairs of personal computers.

• Strong understanding of remote diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work related to IT systems and components.

• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale image deployment and asset management.

• Skilled in performing maintenance, fault finding, and technical installation tasks efficiently.

• Ability to manage and update asset inventory records accurately.

Preferred Candidate:

• 0–1 year of relevant IT support experience.

• Residence Location: United Arab Emirates.
