Job Title: IT Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide on-site technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth installation and operation of LimeTray’s software solutions. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with documentation, resolving client queries, and facilitating cheque collection when required.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LimeTray’s software solutions at client locations.
• Assist clients with menu modifications, report updates, and backend system management.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless client operations.

🔹 Client Interaction & Training

• Conduct on-site visits to client locations (restaurants/business units) for IT and operational support.
• Provide technical training to clients for smooth adoption of LimeTray’s solutions.
• Respond to internal and external queries, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams.

🔹 Operational & Administrative Tasks

• Collect cheques and necessary documentation from clients as per company policies.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Track and optimize key operational metrics for efficiency.
• Identify critical IT issues and escalate them for timely resolution.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field.
✔ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of software installations, troubleshooting, and backend configurations.
✔ Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
✔ Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are non-negotiable.
✔ Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site client visits (travel allowance provided).
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in IT or Engineering.
✔ Age & Gender: Male candidates aged 23-30 years preferred.
